Jim was very helpful with the whole process of selling our family piano. Thank you.
Fantastic experience, put a significant effort to make the piano sound significantly better and exceptionally well priced.
Brilliant customer service. Came out next day to fix and tune my piano. Jim is lovely I would highly recommend him. He has done a fantastic job and my piano sounds beautiful again.
After almost giving up that our upright piano was unrepairable we gave Pianoland a call. Jim was incredibly helpful and confident that something could be done to repair it. He did a fantastic job, finding a solution to repair the broken keys and getting it tuned again. Really happy with the service we received and definitely recommend him.
Fantastic piano tuner would definitely recommend! Best piano tuner in Newcastle!
